Seminar “Strengthening Rhetorical Competencies of Future Religious Leaders” Held at Faculty of Islamic Sciences
In collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation Representation in BiH, on 9 March 2020, the four-day seminar “Strengthening the Rhetorical Competences of Future Religious Leaders” was officially opened.
The participants of this year's program are students of the Faculty of Catholic Theology, University of Sarajevo, the Orthodox Theological Faculty of Sv. Vasilije Ostroški from Foča and Faculty of Islamic Sciences, University of Sarajevo. The opening address was delivered by: Faculty of Islamic Sciences Dean, Prof. Dr. Zuhdija Hasanović, Orthodox Theological Faculty of Sv. Vasilije Ostroški from Foča Dean, Prof. Dr. Vladislav Topalović and Director of the Representative Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in BiH Mr. Sven Petke.
The topic “Religious Leaders for the 21st Century” was discussed by Prof. Dr. Dževad Hodžić, Director of the Directorate for Science and Education of Rijaset IZ in BiH, and Dr. Darko Tomašević, Faculty of Catholic Theology Dean, University of Sarajevo. As part of the program, a workshop "How to convey the message of faith in public?" with Adnan Rondić, journalist and presenter of Al-Jazeera Balkans took place.
