Presentation and promotion of Russian universities organized at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

On Wednesday, 9 October 2019, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Sarajevo the presentation and promotion of Russian universities with the aim of introducing those interested in the opportunities and ways to study at universities in the Russian Federation was organized.
Lectures were organized on the topics: “Key Trends in Modern Materials Science” and “Modern Micro and Nanoelectronics”, as well as a scientific-practical seminar “Areas of Application and Methods of Manufacturing Nanomaterials and Composite Materials” in which participants received the necessary theoretical bases from composite materials technologies and materials science.
Also, the work was organized in a virtual format (VR) composite study laboratory during which participants made a football shield made of carbon and vacuum infusion technology in VR introduced.
In addition, promotional materials from 5 universities were presented: Moscow State Technical University "Bauman", National Research Nuclear University "MIFI", National Research Technological University "MISIS", Moscow Polytechnic University, and Higher School of Economics.
