Mobility Program Scholarship Winners Meeting
By participating in mobility programs, the University of Sarajevo has enabled to several hundred students and faculty members participation in academic and administrative mobility with partner universities throughout Europe. Since 2008, the University of Sarajevo has been present in European education programs, through Erasmus Mundus and CEEPUS, and since 2014 in the Mevlana program, and by 2015 and through the Erasmus + program.
Based on the announced competition call in 2017/2018 summer semester, University of Sarajevo students, teachers and associates University of Sarajevo, or scholarship recipients for these programs, have been selected to spend a part of their academic education or academic/administrative work and training at European partner universities respectively. In 2018/2019 winter semester, University of Sarajevo sent 58 students to partner universities in Europe, bearing in mind that this number is not final due to some of competitions for the winter semester that are still ongoing.
On that occasion, on 21 June 2018, the Sarajevo University's International Cooperation Office organized an informative meeting with the scholars, presented them with all the necessary academic and administrative information, their rights, obligations and responsibilities, which are expected before, during and after mobility.
This was also an opportunity for scholarship winners to interact with each other and to learn about and exchange experience with mobility programs. The aforementioned Service has prepared a promotional material that contains all the necessary information, and after the presentation there is also an active session of questions and answers for a better definition of their activities in the future.
