BH Post and the Faculty of Transport and Communications, Sarajevo, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Business-Tech Cooperation today. The establishment of cooperation is based on the similarity of the fundamental activities of “BH Post” and the study programs of the Faculty, which enable students to acquire specialized titles in the field of postal technology.

According to this Memorandum, BH Post will provide students with opportunities to gain practical experience and educate themselves in developing their skills and competencies, with the goal of increasing competitiveness in the job market.

Vice Director-General Adis Šehić expressed his satisfaction with the opportunity for BH Post to be a professional platform for students in their development.

“We need each other, that's why I view this cooperation as a great opportunity for us to develop together, with mutual support. On one side, post as a complex technological and service giant, and on the other side, youth, new ideas, and knowledge. I hope that this cooperation will yield many good projects aligned with the needs of both parties, and most importantly, because we are committed to promoting education for young people, gaining practical experience, and their employment” emphasized Šehić.

Dean of the Faculty of Transport and Communications, Sarajevo, Prof. Dr. Amel Kosovac characterized the agreement as a sharing of trust between two institutions, with the goal of supporting the most promising engineers and professionals in the field of transportation and communication.

“BH Post has made a significant step by putting its capacities at our disposal for our students and faculty. We are focused on scientific research and gaining best practices, so I believe that this cooperation will be of interest to both parties” stated Kosovac, adding that he expects to see good results from joint projects by students and postal workers very soon.

We hope that the cooperation between BH Post and the Faculty of Transport and Communications, Sarajevo, will serve as a good example for other companies and educational institutions in creating a better professional and business environment for future generations that must have equal opportunities for employment, primarily because it is necessary to prevent their emigration from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
