The II European Integration Academy was held at the Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina organized the Second European Integration Academy Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Harmonization of EU Regulations with National Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Academy was held at the Faculty of Law on October 31 and 1 November 2019.
The Second European Integration Academy aimed to theoretically and practically address the problem of harmonization and application of European Union regulations in national law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since the signing and ratification of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina has an obligation to incorporate European Union law into national law. The problems and challenges that may arise during this process are based on the nature of European Union law, the nature of harmonization and harmonization.
The Academy is intended for lawyers who are employed by public administration and the judiciary who are confronted with theoretical and practical problems of harmonization and application of European Union law with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
