First Secondary School from Cazin Students Visited the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Sarajevo

On 7 and 8 February, 2020, First Secondary School from Cazin students, majoring in Computer Engineering and Programmer on CNC Machines visited the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Professors Sulejman Hadžirić and Hasnija Hadžirić, as well as the school principal Samir Abazović, arrived with the students. The visit was realized with the aim of getting the students better acquainted with modern CAD technologies and technologies of rapid prototyping.
At the beginning of the visit, Dean Prof. Dr. Izet Bijelonja welcomed them and expressed gratitude for their visit.
The students participated in a two-day “Mejkaton” organized and held for them by Doz. Dr. Adis Muminović from the Chair of Mechanical Structures. The students got a real problem for which they had to find a solution by working in groups, model the chosen solution with the help of CAD technologies and create a prototype with the help of rapid prototyping technology.
