Academic Staff Inclusive Education Training

In the organization of the Center for Permanent Education and Professional Development at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Philosophy and the Office for Student Support, with the support of UNICEF and the DUGA Association members of the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo, in April 2018 implemented the academic staff training on inclusive education. The training lasted twelve hours in which 17 teachers and associates of the Faculty of Philosophy of Sarajevo took part in the training.
Participants actively participated and discussed the offered topics, which resulted in numerous ideas about further activities in the field of promoting inclusive practices, especially at higher education institutions. In the second phase, the training will be realized by Prof. Dr. Judith Hollenweger Haskell, a particularly notable name in the European area of inclusive education.
