On the occasion of celebrating the “Faculty Day“, the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb and the Faculty of Law, University of Istanbul, organizes an international tripartite scientific conference on the topic “Advantages of Alternative Dispute Resolution.” The conference will be held at the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo on 6 April 2019.

Alternative dispute resolution solutions allow the legal system to offer parties to the dispute other ways to overcome the dispute, or to find a mutually acceptable and mutually acceptable solution that integrates the interests and needs of both sides and the community. In this context, the aim of the conference is to promote alternative ways of resolving disputes, which contributes to the efficiency of the entire judicial system.
