Prof. Arma Tanović Branković: A gift to the University of Sarajevo inspired by Bosnian writers

Academic actress and painter Arma Tanović Branković, associate professor of acting at the Academy of Performing Arts, University of Sarajevo, donated to the University of Sarajevo a painting inspired by writer Ferida Duraković and her poem “Mom, please don't be sick over the weekend.”
The painting is part of the cycle “Steps in White” dedicated to Bosnian women writers who are invisible in the scientific and social space. At the eponymous exhibition of works by artists Arma Tanović-Branković and Aida Pašić-Hadžiselimović, which opened on 8 March - International Women's Day, white paintings, works of art on silk combined with verses and excerpts from stories from Bosnian writers were presented.
