The University of Sarajevo visited by Bosniak National Council Representatives

Representatives of the Bosniak National Council in the Republic of Serbia - President Esad Džudžo, and Vice-Presidents Prof. Dr. Sait Kačapor and Muhedin Fijuljanin - visited the University of Sarajevo on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, where they met with the Rector, Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj.
The meeting was an opportunity for talks on intensifying academic cooperation between the State University in Novi Pazar and the University of Sarajevo. One of the forms of cooperation discussed during the meeting is the possibility of launching Bosnian language studies and literature and programs that include content from the national group of subjects for the education of cadres for teaching Bosnian language teaching in Sandžak.
University of Sarajevo Rector expressed the readiness of the University of Sarajevo and the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo as the home institution for studying the Bosnian language in giving full contribution to the realization of this initiative which forms part of the program of the new Council's convocation.
