Prof. Dr. Sanjin Kodrić, full professor of Bosniak and Bosnian Literature and Literary Theory at the Department of Literature of Bosnia and Herzegovina, UNSA Faculty of Philosophy received a medal for international cooperation “Together we build bridges.”

Medal was presented to Prof. Dr. Sanjin Kodrić was presented on 20 September 2024 by the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H. E. Roman Hlobeň at the opening ceremony of the exclusive exhibition East of the West, West of the East: The Manuscript Legacy of Dr. Safvet-beg Bašagić (UNESCO World Documentary Heritage “Memory of the World”), organized by the Bosnian Cultural Community “Revival” and the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the University Library in Bratislava and the Museum of Sarajevo.

Prof. Dr. Sanjin Kodrić, among other things, is the president of the Bosnian cultural society “Preporod,” a member of the Commission for the Comparative Study of Slavic Literatures of the International Committee of Slavists, and a visiting professor at several universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.
