EAIE conference and exhibition

Thanks to the invitation from the European Commission and the National Erasmus+ Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the University of Sarajevo has the opportunity to participate in the prestigious annual international conference and education fair – EAIE (European Association for International Education), which is held each year in a different European city. Opportunities like this are rare, where we have the honour of being part of the European Commission's stand and, in that way, representing the University of Sarajevo to the wider international academic community. Participation in the EAIE fair allows us to network with colleagues from around the world, gain insight into best practices from other institutions, promote our programmes, identify new Erasmus+ partners, and explore possibilities for joint projects and future forms of collaboration.

EAIE 2025

The next conference will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden, from 9 to 12 September 2025, and our University will once again have its representative there.

Article on EAIE - "University of Sarajevo - Building Back Better"

In November 2024, the Director for Knowledge Development and Research at the European Association for International Education (EAIE), Ms. Laura Rumbley, invited the International Relations Office of the University of Sarajevo to contribute an article for the winter edition of the Forum magazine. The theme of this issue, "Building Back Better," brought together expert analyses and reflections from around the world, and the University of Sarajevo contributed by offering its perspective on rebuilding capacities, strengthening resilience, and advancing higher education in an international context.
