Signed Agreement on furnishing the classroom between the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Faculty of Philosophy at UNSA
On 5 June 2024, at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy, the signing of the Agreement on the furnishing of the Slovene language classroom, which is used by the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures and for the needs of male and female students, professors, associates and associates of the Department and the Faculty, took place.
On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia, the Agreement was signed by H.E. Damijan Sedar, ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and on behalf of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy, the signatory was prof. Dr. Kenan Šljivo, Dean of the Faculty. The signing ceremony was also attended by Dr. Zvone Žigon, Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Doz. Dr. Minka Džanko, Vice Dean for Research, International Academic Cooperation and Publishing of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy, and in front of the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures: Dr. Pavel Ocepek, lector for the Slovenian language, Prof. Dr. Adijata Ibrišimović-Šabić and senior assistant Dženana Hajdarpašić, MA.
The ceremonial handover of the modernly equipped classroom is planned for the beginning of the new academic year, in October 2024, as part of the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the re-opening of the Lecturer for the Slovenian language at the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy.
