University of Sarajevo Delegation Attended the Marking of the 26th Anniversary of the Army of RBiH First Corps Founding

On Friday, August 31, 2018, the ceremony commemorating the 26th Anniversary of the formation of the First Corps of the Army of RBiH started at Shahidian Kovači cemetery, by laying flowers, and Fatiha reciting.
This important ceremony was also attended by the University of Sarajevo delegation: Rector, Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Elvir Čizmić, M.Sc. Miroslav Živanović, Rector's Cabinet Head, who paid tribute to the Shahids and RBiH Army soldiers who lost lives in the line of duty. 
Canton Sarajevo delegation, led by Minister for the Veteran Affairs, Mr. Muharem Fišo, laid  flowers in front of the memorials of all the Shahidis and soldiers who lost lives in the line of duty buried in the Kovači cemetery, after they paid respect to Alija Izetbegović, first president of the BiH Presidency and Supreme Commander of the RBiH Army.
 The Cantonal delegation was also joined by cantonal Prime Minister, Mr. Adem Zolj, and they visited other locations where tributes were paid to victims of Sarajevo aggression: Alipašina mosque cemetery, Shahidian cemetery at the Koševo stadium, the Catholic cemetery of Sveti Josip and Orthodox cemetery Sveti Marko.
The mass congregations and parastos are planned by the program for August 31 in honor of defendants of Catholic and Orthodox faith.
