The Fifth Dialogue on Education Policies and Fourth Meeting of the Higher Education Institutions Consortium

The University of Sarajevo Rector, Prof. Dr. Rifat Skrijelj participated in two conferences related to the higher education at the University of Novi Sad. The Fifth Dialogue on Education Policies and Fourth Meeting of the Higher Education Institutions Consortium conferences were held from 21 to 22 on September 2017.

Those conferences are the outcome of the international cooperative platform between the People's Republic of China and Central and Eastern Europe countries, more precisely known as the 16+1 Mechanism, under the auspices of the One Belt - One Road Initiative.

The fourth Consortium meeting between the PR China’s and the Central and Eastern Europe countries’ Higher Education Institutions brought together representatives of 80 leading Chinese and European universities. This meeting was an opportunity to consider the possibility of enhancing cooperation through joint capacity building in the areas of higher education, science and research.
