Recruitment Policy
The University of Sarajevo is committed to the Principles of Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment (OTM-R) and aware of the fact that an open and transparent approach when recruiting candidates for open research positions brings multiple benefits to all stakeholders of the research process, to individual researchers themselves who are treated on an equal basis as well as to the institution employing the best candidate.
The UNSA recruitment policy is defined by national, federal and cantonal legislations and as such includes the majority of the OTM-R principles by which each employer must abide. Following are the crucial legal documents in the field:
- Law on Labour of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Law on Higher Education of Canton Sarajevo
- Law on Research of Canton Sarajevo
